Troubleshooting
Make sure you have Adobe Flash Player. If there is no image then no image is being broadcast out at this time. Your event image should be visible at the scheduled time or 10 minutes before. There is no need to refresh. We will monitor the image during broadcast and correct any issues on our end.
Video on demand is an option offered after a live webcast or as an option for programming lists. We will setup a web video channel for your company and make available your choice of videos.
